Full Reservoir Poses Flood Risk
Guernsey Water is warning of flooding if heavy rainfall continues. The reservoir is at 99% capacity following the downpours in December. Some properties have already been affected by water coming into their homes. Director of Water Services, Andrew Redhead, says it's about 30% above the level expected. He is warning there may be flooding if there are further downpours.
