Co-op to change stamps system?
THE stamp system used by Co-op shareholders to collect their dividend for more than half a century could be set to change.
Account holders currently receive 4p stamps on double dividend shopping days, which are placed in rows on one pound savings cards and can be redeemed at the end of the year.
But Colin Macleod, chief executive of the Co-operative Group, says that the society is now considering moving away from the method and replacing it with a more modern approach.
