a syndicate of 30 taxi drivers won it .andy it was a special lottery for les bourgs hospice tickets were £300 each

£33,000 each - not a bad way to start a Sunday in a recession - good on them and to the money raised for the Bourg

I was in a syndicate with 9 work colleagues and when the winning number came up I had to look twice as our ticket was the same numbers ..................

i think loads of peeps were in syndicates andy so worth a go eh.you got to be init to win it as the saying goes

In the syndicate that I was in, with 10 of us, we each put £30 in to buy the ticket. That is a fair sum but balanced on what you might get if you win it was definitely worth a go. More importantly for me and most of the people in my syndicate, is that it was a way to support Les Bourgs Hospice as well!

Depends on how many peeps you are looking at as to what the cost to each of us would be!

In the syndicate that I was in last time we agreed to have a total of 10 and signed up a formal agreement so that there was no disputes or 'misunderstandings' later. The Les Bourgs website had an agreement form that we used. I am already committed to doing this again with the same peeps!
