More waste by HSSD

Has anybody bothered to read the latest "Quiz" from our cash strapped HSSD.What a complete and utter waste of somebody's time and our money.I believe it seeks to identify the tiny percentage of our population who may be denied access to health services.I think the only people to whom this may apply would still be too proud to accept any sort of help anyway.Filling in anonymous forms is unlikely to help.The HSSD would be better advised to ask Islanders how their(HSSD) department could SAVE money not WASTE it. :x

How much did that little 'exercise' cost and what is the purpose of it, I wonder? A student carrying out research for something or other, or something to occupy the time for one of the apparently numerous administrators / civil servants at HSSD?
