House prices set for a fall?
Bearing in mind the recent doom and gloom headlines regarding the funds industry and 0-10 (which will almost certainly lead to the loss of at least hundreds of jobs) what effect do you think there will be on house prices?
Personally I think there's a real risk of a decline, if the finance industry suffers the knock on effect to other businesses (builders, retail, retaurants etc) will be considerable, and I can't see the demand for houses being particularly high in the next few years.
Any thoughts?
