Who is the St Peter Port mystery chalker?

Islanders have woken up to find phrases written in chalk right across St
Peter Port.
It's understood they stretch right from the Castle Emplacement to the Rohais.
We're told none of the writings offensive and its all written in the same
colour chalk and the same hand-writing.
So have you seen these phrases?

I read them on the way to work - Didn't seam to advertise anything - just random phrases - quite a few associated with love...
