Jersey win 2008 Cimandis Muratti!
For the second year in a row the Channel Islands most important football match was decided from the spot.
A fantastic strike from Glyn Dyer put Guernsey ahead - before Jack Boyle levelled maters with an equally stunning shot at the end of normal time.
Extra time failed to produce a winner taking the match to penalties.
Jersey substitute Liam Walshe hammered home the all important spot kick .
Ah well got to let them win something..lol

Re: Jersey win 2008 Cimandis Muratti!
It does look like Gsy did win three cups after all:-
1) Siam
2) Ladies Muratti
3) Drunk idiotic Guerns in Jersey
The appalling behaviour by a small contingent of local yobs was all so clear to see at the Jersey harbour. The Police in Jersey just wanted these morons off their Island so they allowed them on the boat. Condor should have a policy that anyone who is drunk and being aggressive prior to boarding is not allowed on the boat for obvious reasons. Also, they should be banned from local footy for 10 years and put on pub watch for 5 years.
When there are children in the vicinity these local morons should behave more responsibly. For those locals who behaved themselves, wel ldone you were a credit.
How much trouble was there at Gsy Live………..more in Jersey I bet??
