Serious Horse Disease Confirmed In Guernsey

A case of the serious horse disease Strangles has been confirmed in an animal in Guernsey…. Test results from the UK have come back positive for a horse which was brought to the island from the UK. Strangles is a potentially fatal illness which is highly contagious. ( sure website)
