Trott Denying Claims He Was Summoned Empty Trott Denying Claims He Was Summoned

The Chief Minister is denying claims he was summoned to give evidence to the UK House of Commons.

The row centres on the investigation into a series of investment funds
on the mainland.

Reports suggested Deputy Lyndon Trott was summoned to give evidence to a
UK enquiry after investors lost millions in Guernsey based funds - he
says thats not true and although he was invited to a meeting, he felt
was inappropriate for him to attend.

The GFSC is supporting the UK enquiry and it is felt professional
regulators are better placed to comment than a Politician.

of course he will deny anything on the run up to the election x
