Fire started at Beau Sejour

Guernsey police are looking for the six young people who started a small fire in the Beau Sejour leisure centre.
The fire was below a set of steps next to the concourse entrance.
The six suspects were seen walking from the Ron Short Centre and then towards Cambridge Park.
The fire was lit at around 7.45pm on Friday (fromCIonline)
When they catch them, make them do "Litter Duty" around the park for two weeks... or is that against human right's?
