Guernsey Tennis Classic
FRIDAY 23RD - SATURDAY 24TH NOVEMBER
at the GUERNSEY TENNIS CLUB
The Guernsey Tennis Classic offers islanders the unique opportunity to watch world class tennis on their doorstep in an informal and intimate atmosphere. The event will showcase a mixture of singles and doubles. The legends will also spend time coaching and playing with islanders.
The 2012 field will be led by the 1987 Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash. Speaking of his participation in the event, he said “I am delighted to have been invited to play in the Guernsey Tennis Classic this year. I have heard from the players who took part last year that it was a great event and they loved their time on the island, so I am really looking forward to November.”
Pat will be joined by
Peter McNamara - Three time Grand Slam Doubles Champion and former World No 7
Mikael Pernfors - French Open finalist and former top ten player
Younes El Aynaoui - Former World No 14 and Australian Open Quarter Finalist
Jeremy Bates - Two time Doubles Grand Slam winner and former British No 1

Patrick Ogier - Greatest player ever produced in Channel Islands. Quarter Finalist in Commonwealth Games doubles and on gold medalist in 3 island games
