Controversy over how Alderney is run Empty Controversy over how Alderney is run

The former president of Alderney's States has hit out at the way the island is being run.

Sir Norman Browse says there are too many committees and they're too big.

More alarmingly he claims 'deals' are being done and decisions about who sits on which committee are being made behind closed doors rather than in open sittings of the States.
