New route to Amsterdam

Jersey now has a new link to the Netherlands.

Blue islands have begun to operate a direct route to Amsterdam.

The three times weekly service took off on its inaugural flight this morning.

Managing Director of Blue Islands Rob Veron says, "Unlike flights departing the UK, our passengers will not incur any APD (Air Passenger Duty) charges. The worldwide connecting opportunities are phenomenal, with over 300 destinations to choose from - changing the future of international travel from the Channel Islands."

That's a very good news. It will help me to manage my upcoming plan to visit Amsterdam. I have to go to join a wedding ceremony of my best friend.
