Upgrading of the CWGSY.net email systems

We are currently upgrading the CWGSY.net email systems.
Regrettably, as part of that upgrade there will be a period
during the night when email services will not be available.

Between midnight and 6am on Wednesday 20th August no email will
be delivered or sent. Webmail will not be available, and email
access using a program on your computer (SMTP and POP3) will also
be unavailable. Incoming mail will be queued for delivery once
the upgrade is complete.

Your webmail address book contacts may be unavailable immediately
following the upgrade; these will be restored during the course
of the day.

Check out our new look webmail from Wednesday morning for a whole
load of new and improved features and enhancements. If you have
any problems with your email following the upgrade please get in
touch with our 24 hour Contact Centre by telephone (01481) 700700

Remember, we never send out emails with attachments and we never
ask for your password via email.
