Holiday site self-catering plan
The owners of a former holiday village on Jersey's north coast want to turn it into self-catering accommodation.
Plans have been submitted to build self-catering units and a clubhouse with leisure facilities at the former Plemont Pontins site in St Ouen.
The owner had hoped to build homes on the site, but faced opposition from the National Trust for Jersey.
The Constable of St Ouen has asked the States to try to buy the land in order to return it to nature (from thisijersey0
Sounds like a good thing for tourism..
