Policy is nonsense Empty Policy is nonsense

The deputy chief of Jersey Home Loans, the islands biggest mortgage lender, says that the policy of restricting banking to the world top 500 is nonsense. He claims the policy does not guarantee savings safety. Mr Procter said "several top 500 banks have recently failed".
