One of the former Gabriel's shops in Guernsey has finally been sold.

Number 40 next to Pieces Bar was purchased for £150,000 through Alpha estates.

It's not known at this stage who's bought it.

None of the other stores have been sold since the family put them on the market nearly 2 years ago

As it is the building adjacent to Pieces bar, will it be the Brewery that have bought it and plans will be forthcoming to extend the bar? A possibility? Who knows!!
