PSRC did not have any option other than to resign really, did they? They have had 2 years to agree a deal and sort this whole mess out and have failed to do so! If they had not resigned there would have been calls for them to be sacked.
The real issue here is the civil servants who are the States Negotiators. Do they still remain? Should they?
It depends on what the PSRC civil servants are mandated to do and how much they were responsible for this situation. Are they the real cause of this debacle? What do you think?
