AURIGNY....................
I am really really annoyed with this airline (which my taxes helped to buy and subsidise) I was trying to buy tickets for Alderney and went on line to do so......the prices are very off-putting - but having made up our minds we decided to go for it....however thinking about the £2 per person each way - I decided to ring up the office and ask them if I could come in and pay by cheque to avoid the surcharge......yes I could do that but there would be a surcharge of £10 person to do this!!!! what are Aurigny playing at???? I have a computer and so do most people I know - but there must be a an awful lot of people of a 'certain' age who don't - so they all get ripped off tro the tune of £10 per person when they go into the office to purchase a ticket....BTW £150 return for 2 ppls from Guernsey is a lot of pennies - no wonder people don't want to go there from England - and the price of accomodation very high in comparison - but hell we will enjoy as Razz has been to all the other islands and wants to see Alderney before we leave - and I love it!!!! RANT OVER

Re: AURIGNY....................
Is your point that Aurigny is as bad as other airlines Karma!!!
Business is business.... money is money.... and the modern business model appears to be scr*w the customer..................
Where is the 'customer satisfaction' or the 'customer service'? Am I now of such an age that I miss these values??
What do you think?

Re: AURIGNY....................
Definitely my point Dell - we know Flybe screw us - they are quite up front about it - but Aurigny beggers belief - when you own shares in a company like MIke Torode volunteered us to do - you expect a return on those shares not to pay more for the priveledge.grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Re: AURIGNY....................
Sorry Karma, yes we are "shareholders" but like many other companies Aurigny is making losses so no dividend!! just spend a few quid and let Raz complete his "SET".Soon you'll be in the land of milk and honey and life will be easy.

Re: AURIGNY....................
I hope it is not the UK you calling the land of milk and honey, cos it most definitely ain't. Unless of course you are going on the illegal immigrant route, then you'll be OK.
