Guensey Airport Fire Union may be sued !!

An Accountant is considering suing a union official,

In a move that could have far reaching consequences the man might take action against Ron Le Cras the unions area rep

The claim when could be taken in the Petty Debts court, and Guernsey does not have "Immunity" laws to protect such officials

This could be very interesting if the case was taken to court,

But would the union "Pay Off" such a claim to save face?

Stay out of it. Only {deleted swear word!} accountants could have their heads so far up their arses as to think that their journey was worth more than the security and livelihood of dozens of families. That their issues outweigh a fundamental relationship between the state and workers it employs.
