HELP WANTED..........

My conservatory roof has lifted and is letting in water (it is on the first floor of the house therefore affecting the house as opposed to a seperate conservatory)

I am looking for someone to do work on it and according to the Insurance people the sooner the better - I don't know where to start as it was done just last year by what I now find out were a couple of 'cowboys' and I really need someone who will do a reliable job! Any recommendations gratefully received................
