Supper in the street
Eating outside at this time of the year may not immediately spring to mind but in St Peter Port's Old Quarter, supper on the street is back.
Similar events have taken place in the area a few months ago and were a big hit with diners.
Now a Christmas themed supper is on the cards, with al fresco dining in Mill Street, a carol service and a gift wrapping service from volunteers at Trinity Church.
To combat the cold there will be plenty of festive cheer and some hot drinks.
