Mystery Shopping on the Channel Islands
Can you name 3 companies where you have recently had a good experience? Now can you name 3 companies where you have recently received a bad experience? Most people find it much easier to name the bad ones, yet many companies present themselves as customer centric, but many of them are still failing in delivering great customer experiences.
By joining Helion Research as a Mystery Shopper you will be able to evaluate and help to improve services you may or may not use.
As a Helion Evaluator you will experience a job that is unlike many others! You will visit shops, restaurants, hotels, show rooms (the list goes on) that you may not usually visit. Travel to places you may not usually explore on modes of transport that you may never have used before and get paid to do it all!
Mystery shopping is a job that you can fit around your personal agenda. You will only need to accept the work that you feel you can complete in the time you have free, so ideal for any personal circumstance. On the other hand mystery shopping is not a full time employment. It's a perfect way to earn some extra money.
Whenever you take part in a Helion program you will give yourself a chance to win one of the many fabulous prizes. These prizes will be given at selected moments during the year.
So to put it into a few simple points, following requirements are needed to become a Helion Evaluator:
18 years or older.
An eye for detail.
Able to work with deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.
Good written skills in English.
Access to a computer with internet access.
Contactable by phone.
And last but not least ... You need to enjoy yourself.
You can become a Helion Evaluator by visiting our site on the internet – helionresearch.com
Let me know if you need anymore info,
Many thanks
