Help Sport Relief 2010 in the Islands

You can find a Sport Relief run in a city near you

The Sport Relief Weekend takes place from Friday, 19 to Sunday, 21 March and brings people together to get active, raise cash and change lives.
It all kicks off on the Friday as the nation gets active, raises cash and has a ball at home, at work or at school.
Then, settle down to watch a night of top Sport Relief telly on BBC One.
Then it's the big one, when everyone is invited to do one, three or six miles at the Sport Relief Mile events. These will be taking place on the Sunday.
There are loads of Miles happening across the British Isles - you can search for the Mile closest to you here or you can organise your own.
