This weekend there's live music, plenty of footy fixtures, and a chance to register for a charity cross-country rally.

On Friday evening young musicians from the Guernsey Music Centre's Youth Training Orchestra, Youth Wind Band and Intermediate Choir will perform a varied programme of choral and instrumental music including 'Rock Around the Clock' and 'Mission Impossible' at 1930 at St James. Tickets are £8, £4 senior citizens, £4 restricted view, and students free.
At 1930 on Saturday evening conductors Keith Dawber, Tim Wright and Jeanette Elder lead the young musicians from the Guernsey Youth Orchestra, Concert Wind Band and Youth Choir in a programme that includes 'Superman', 'Finlandia' and the beautiful slow movement from Mozart's Clarinet Concerto, with soloist Philippa Inderwick. Ticket prices as above.
