Welcome to the On-line Planning Websearch provided by the States of Guernsey Environment Department.
This service enables you to access basic details about Planning applications including an interactive Webmap to aid site location and provide an alternative search method.
If you need details of Building Control Applications please click here.
You may choose to look at specific Planning Applications if you have the details or you can view the Registers of all valid applications received and decided upon by the Department.
It is not possible to display the architects drawings submitted as part of a planning application on this website. However, prior to the application being determined they can be viewed at the Environment Department’s offices at Sir Charles Frossard House.
You can view records of any Appeals made against decisions of the Department by the Appeals Tribunal or any Enforcement Notices served on unauthorised developments.
Please note that only applications received since 6 April 2009, when the new Land Planning and Development Law came into force, are able to be viewed through this service.
This section also contains details of all Protected Trees, Buildings and Monuments contained in the official Registers which are also available at Sir Charles Frossard House and the Greffe (Protected Buildings and Monuments only).
