Guernsey Dairy investigates sales of UHT

Guernsey Dairy is investigating reports of businesses selling
long life milk in the island.
It is an offence to sell milk that has not been imported through the dairy,
this includes UHT milk, although there are some cases where it is exempt.
The Commerce and Employment Department, which is responsible for the dairy,
said it would not comment publicly on the matter while it was ongoing.
It said it worked to ensure the best possible sales for local products.....
