Man, 56, assaulted by three girls in Jersey

A 56-year-old man has been assaulted by three teenage girls in St Helier.
The man needed treatment at the general hospital for injuries suffered in the attack, Jersey police said.
Police, who described the attackers as aged about 16-18, said the assault took place in St Mark's Road, at about 0030 BST on Sunday.
Insp Alan Williamson said a white van was seen in the area at the time and he urged the driver or anyone who may have seen the attack to contact the police.
