Jenson Button supports Guernsey Cheshire Home
Guernsey Cheshire Home £1 Million Lotto Promoters have worked with Jenson Button to provide a boost to awareness of the Lotto in the island.
In a one off opportunity for F1 fans, 100 Lotto tickets are now a ‘money can’t buy’ one-off – an autograph from local resident and motor-racing star Jenson Button. They are still for sale as valid Lotto tickets also.
“I’m keen to give back to the island and I’m happy to help the Guernsey Cheshire Home by signing the Lotto tickets. I have recognized already during my time in Guernsey that the charity does great work for people with disabilities and I am delighted to have been asked to help”.
Tickets will only be available for sale from one venue: Kings Life, the health club that Jenson trains from with Ian Potter, is kindly sponsoring the exclusive merchandise sale event on Saturday 2nd October from 9am to 2pm. Non-members are welcome. Kings Life Director Ian Potter said: “We are delighted to be able to host this sales event for the Guernsey Cheshire Home. With the tickets being limited to 100 we are expecting a very busy morning and trust that the public will take advantage of this one off opportunity.”
Keith Birch Lotto Promoter said: “For fans of Jenson Button, who haven’t yet bought a lottery ticket, this is first class opportunity to own a Jenson autograph – which could also be worth a £1 million in 4 weeks time”.
The 16th October will see a ticket being drawn to win a guaranteed £1 million. The Lotto second prize is £50,000, with other prizes being £25,000, £15,000 and £10,000 each.
There won’t be a dilemma whether to swap a winning ticket either - Lotto promoters will kindly return the winning tickets along with the monies.
Tickets are available for sale at the same price as regular tickets on a first come, first served basis. Payment is available by card, cheque or cash for individual or syndicate purchases. The Guernsey Cheshire Home directly benefits from Lotto funds, which provides care for people with physical disability in a family atmosphere.
