Islanders Worries Over 'Aggressive' Police

It's claimed some of Jersey's police officers are too heavy handed with the public.

A report by the European Committee on the Prevention of Cruelty (CPT) says there are examples of 'excessive force'.

And that's caused outrage amongst some people who've contacted us with allegations about aggressive policing.

One islander, who wants to remain anonymous, claims her son was pushed against a wall by officers after kicking a beer bottle.

Jersey police had no comment.
