Direct flights from Jersey to Paris come to an end
The airline Flybe has ended its direct service between Jersey and Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.
The last flight from the French capital arrived in Jersey at 1604 GMT on 10 January.
The airline said there were not enough passengers to make the service commercially viable.
Launching its direct service to Paris in 2008, Flybe described it as a strategic French route to benefit both business and leisure travellers.
At first there were six flights a week but this was later reduced to three.
To fly with Flybe to Paris Charles de Gaulle from Jersey passengers must now go via Exeter, Birmingham or Southampton airports (from BBC)
