Visit the Museum for free during half-term

Children and young people under 18 will be able to gain free access to Guernsey Museum at half-term this year.

Amongst the things they'll be able visit are the Discovery Room which has been decorated as a second-class cabin from RMS Titanic. It includes education activities, toys and other practical activities. Visitors can also write a letter home on the writing desk or try Edwardian-style dressing up.

They'll also be able to visit the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition.

Guernsey Museum Access and Learning Manager and Jo Dowding said: "We wanted to give children and families the opportunity to see and do something different this Half Term. Children can enjoy looking at the wildlife exhibition photographs, learn about the Titanic and the Guernsey people who were on board the fated journey, and go even further back in time by dressing up and handling period objects."

The free entry offer is valid daily between Saturday 11th February and Sunday 19th February between 10am and 4pm.
