Re-opening of the Carlton Hotel

From the 1st March 2012 The Carlton Hotel is under new ownership.

We have a brand chef with his new menu in the Wicked Wolf Pub and Restaurant and would like to extend a permanent invitation to you to join us for lunch or dinner 7 days a week.

Our kitchen has been fully re-furbished,so we are looking forward to cooking up some tasty favourites and lots of dishes never before featured in the Wicked Wolf.

The Wicked Wolf has been tastefully re-decorated and we can now host bigger tables for those big family meals.

Here at the Carlton we have the finest function rooms on the island, three of them in fact. We can cater for any size party small or large, regularly holding functions for 40 to 200 people.

and big screen projectors.
