Family Values Forgotten?

Promoting 'family values' could become a priority for Jersey's government.
Next month the States will be asked to agree a set of aims.
But a scrutiny panel thinks one is missing from the official to-do list, which includes tackling unemployment, overhauling health services and providing housing.
It thinks there is not enough focus on promoting family and community values to build a better society.
