Charity sky dive for Sanctuary House
A 70 year old man is going to new heights to raise money for a Jersey charity!
Brian Clarke is doing a sky dive this Sunday, aiming to make thousands of pounds for Caring Hands.
They run three refuges in the island, which help men who are struggling with problems such as relationship breakdowns and unemployment.
Brian said, "I run a monthly supper group called Supper Church and about 20 of the men from Sanctuary House have been attending each month over the last year. I personally have got to know some of themand have seen personalities transformed over that time. I am convinced that this is a genuinely valuable project. It receives no financial support from the States of Jersey and relies entirely on volunteers and charitable gifts."
