Guernsey health minister wants more efficiencies
Guernsey's health minister wants to find efficiencies within his department before seeking any further funding, he says.
Hunter Adam was responding to public calls for him to campaign for States funding increases in order to raise the scope of the care provided.
However, he said the onus was on him and his staff to cut inefficiencies first.
The Health and Social Services Department's annual budget is £84m. (from BBC)

Re: Guernsey health minister wants more efficiencies
maybe they should be looking at spending that budget where it is needed and not on new wards that are rarely open.expensive signage at the hospital etc etc
