Gina not happy as Waitrose dont have mobility scooters and was told they dont intend too , I just called them I was told the same till I mentioned Press and Tv ,
they are now looking for a supplier ,and told me anyone who needs a wheelchair they will supply someone to push and help !!!

What do you think should Waitrose supply mobility scooters?

Our local Waitrose don't, but must admit that space is at premium so would be difficult.

Do other supermarkets in Guernsey provide them ?

I was tempted to use one my grandson said he would escort me around ..but think i would do to much damage i am bad enough with a trolley . I knock down a few extra displays they put in at the co op one christmas .
i don't think the store managers was very happy but they do cram too much into these places i was only making room for the customers lol

Checkers had the scooters you could zoom around on!!! I remember going in and going around a corner and coming face to face with a friend in one - he said it was great fun!!! You had to ask for them - they were not left on view....
