Why is deputy trott attending the uk party conferences.what the bloney heck have uk party politics got to do with guernsey politicians.he should have been here for the states debate today instead of attending meetings that have got sweet fanny adams to do with him.costing us more money unnecessarily. :thistle 1:

Meanwhile, Guernsey's Chief Minister's been meeting up with UK politicians in Birmingham…. Deputy Lyndon Trott's now returned from the Conservative party conference. The Chief Minister also represented the island at the Labour conference just over a week ago in Manchester, where he caught up with a number of senior MP's. While he was away Deputy Trott also made the trip north to Scotland to meet with the other members of the British-Irish Council. He says the meetings have been all about promoting Guernsey and standing up for islander's interests
