Why oh Why do parents not care

OK new sub-forum on VDI called "The Rant" start a topic which you think needs to be aired

Here is the 1st Rant

Why oh Why do parents allow their children to ride bikes without lights,

I was coming home from the shop about 5pm, and was annoyed to see two young children about 8 - 10 years old riding their pushbikes with no lights on , the road was poorly lit, they were both wearing dark clothes, and the only "give away" was the reflectors on the pedals

I cannot understand how parents allow them to ride their bikes at that time of night with no lights,

I am sure they would be the first to shout if their children were knocked over

So come on wise up parents and get your children properly kitted out for riding.

Or Christmas might not be so happy....
