RUMOURS are rife about the possible celebs heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house - some likely, some not so likely ...



So far model Lucy Pinder has been tipped for CBB6, battling it out in the glamour stakes (probably) with Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton.

Pouty ex Sugababe Mutya Buena has already denied speculation that she would be heading Big Brother-wards, and of course Sir Cliff Richard refused after learning that he couldn't have his own private loo, away from the cameras.

But we may be forced to make do with the likes of Lembit Opik and, erm, Whitney Houston, if certain sources are to be believed.

Other possibilities include Verne Troyer, model Paula Hamilton, US actress Raven Symone, astronomer Patrick Moore, and Loose Women host Sherrie Hewson, who recently announced she was completely broke - so a spell in CBB is not out of the question ...

Politician Tommy Sheridan, American rapper Coolio and Dani Behr's former Word co-host Terry Christian have also been mooted for inclusion, as have footie star Ian Wright, Shameless actress Tina Malone (Mimi Maguire) and the Satanic Slut of Sachsgate fame Georgina Baillie.

As usual, the term 'celebrity' may have been stretched to breaking point to accomodate some of these names, but at least some of those names could be on everybody's lips after the official announcement on January 2nd.

The trouble with CBB is it does the opposite good that BB does.

With BB it takes exactly the type of person you want off the street, the kind that apply to go, off the street for up to 10weeks. With CBB it's giving a 'celebrity' platform to people who simply aren't good enough to be celebrities.

I still think it would be fantastic to send an acceptance letter to all 75,000 applicants for the next BB then herd them in to some holding pen next summer. No cameras, no TV show, just 75,000 people from the shallow end of the gene pool off the streets; if there's a measured improvement in the quality of life outside the 'house', we tell them they all won.... and they get to stay forever (oh and that their ratings are massive)

MINI Me actor Verne Troyer will enter the CBB house Friday night along with ’80s singer Steve Strange, rapper Coolio, boyband star Ben Adams, politician Tommy Sheridan and presenter Terry Christian.

Girls in are La Toya Jackson, telly’s Ulrika Jonsson, Shameless actress Tina Malone, glamour girl Lucy Pinder, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton and former pop star Mutya Buena.

Michael Jackson’s sister LA TOYA, 52, posed for Playboy in the 1980s and finally made the charts herself in 2003.

MUTYA, 23, found stardom in 2001 with feisty trio Sugababes. She left in 2005 amid rumours of bitter in-fighting and has carved out a solo career.



COOLIO, 45 — real name Artis Leon Ivey Jr — made his name with 1995 rap smash Gangsta’s Paradise from the film Dangerous Minds. The single father has become a reality TV star.



Geordie MICHELLE, 28, got her big break on talent show Popstars. She wed Andy Scott-Lee, brother of Steps singer Lisa, but they have now split.

Sexy LUCY, 26, is a centre-fold favourite and has appeared on Nuts TV’s Book at Bedtime reading from heavyweight novels while wearing lingerie.

TINA, 45, plays potty-mouthed Mimi, the wife of gangster Paddy, in Channel 4’s award-winning comedy drama Shameless.

Ulrika Jonsson has been secretly put up for eviction from the Celebrity Big Brother house by Terry Christian.
Head-of-house Christian put the 41-year-old TV host up for eviction from the Channel 4 show after he decided she was the housemate with the biggest ego.
Jonsson will be joined in a public vote by two other celebrities who TV presenter Christian will also secretly nominate for eviction.
The first housemate will be voted out of the show on Friday.

Tonight’s live episode will see the housemates discover who Terry has nominated for the first eviction.
As the allocated Head of House, the presenter has been charged with choosing three of the housemates for possible expulsion, although so far he has only nominated two.
At Big Brother’s request, he was asked to pick the housemates he thought had the 'Biggest Ego' and 'Least Talent' and chose Ulrika and Lucy respectively.
Giving his reasoning for nominating Lucy, Terry said: "I have never ever heard of her. I’ve never seen her in a bikini, or with her waps out."
Today will see Terry single out the final housemate on the grounds that they display the ‘Least Integrity’. He will make his decision by listening in on three chosen housemates who have entered the Diary Room for a conversation.
Producers have said that there will be one final twist in the unveiled nomination list, which is widely rumoured to involve the celebrities having to choose one of the three to save from the public vote.

As part of the "lifestyle of the rich and famous" task set for the contestants, the TV presenter Jonsson and 'Mini Me' actor Troyer were ordered to perform the hit for fellow stars.
A video of the performance has been posted on the show's website , and must get 10,000 views for the pair to succeed in the task.
While the couple's off-key warbling might make musical purists cringe, their costumes - Jonsson in a huge white dress and Troyer in a wig and false moustache - and enthusiasm certainly won over the other housemates, who gave them a standing ovation, with cries of "brilliant".
On Wednesday, Jonsson said she feared the mood in the house had changed for the worse ahead of Friday's first eviction vote
She faces the chop along with glamour model Lucy Pinder and said last night that the house "doesn't feel as cohesive as it did at the outset".
She appeared to single out rapper Coolio for the rising tension, whose "volume and massive presence can get a little bit tiring".
Jonsson, who is being paid a reported £175,000 to appear on the show - also had an awkward moment with Terry Christian who, as king of the house, nominated her and Lucy for having the biggest ego and least talent respectively.
Radio presenter Terry tried to laugh off the matter, saying: "It doesn't mean you have the biggest ego, Ulrika."
"I know, but publicly it does," she said sternly, walking out of the room.
Terry later tried to explain again why he chose Jonsson - but she held her hand in the air to stop him.
Coolio aired his views on the behaviour of English women, saying they get drunk and will "go with someone" they do not even know.

Lucy became the first celebrity to be ousted from the Big Brother house tonight after losing the public vote to Ulrika.
The two celebs were placed in the firing line by head of house Terry, who branded them the stars with the least talent and biggest ego respectively.
The 23-year-old model, who spent eight days living in the Big Brother compound, sat comforting a sobbing Ulrika as Davina made the announcement. Ulrika had earlier said that she wanted to be evicted because she misses her family.
Her crying increased when Lucy's name was read out, while the model cheered and said that she was "so happy".
"I'm not going to lie, I'm so happy. Can I have my money transferred in this evening please so that I can go shopping tomorrow?" she questioned aloud, before telling the group how pleased she was to have met them all.

Michelle, Mutya, Ulrika and Tina will face eviction from the house this Friday.
The housemates gathered on the sofas in their toy task outfits to hear the announcement this afternoon.
"How weird is that?" Michelle said as the four names were read out. Tina clapped her hands and smiled at the news.
Ulrika shook her head, saying: "Oh my God, oh my God."

I haven't really been following it..till i saw some of last nights and thought it was kind of amusing....might watch it tonight.....

Tommy was evicted with 9.2% of the current vote total

LaToya was evicted with 6.6% of the current vote total.

After LaToya's impressive 20 days in the House, she is now free to celebrate her freedom with her sister Janet.

LaToya proved a hit with the boys but was less popular with the other ladies in the House. Ulrika noticed that LaToya wasn't worried about endearing herself to the other girls as, one-by-one, the boys nominated the other females out of the House.

Sadly, it seems LaToya didn't charm the voters.

Meanwhile, Soccer-mad socialist Tommy sounded like a perfect fit for communal living. The outspoken socialist MP set his stall out early with a rousing political speech in the Talent Task

The sporty Scot kept himself in shape with daily workouts, which gave us regular, exciting glimpses of his hirsute torso.

Tommy took nothing more seriously than his football. He wore a variety of football kits and organised a series of football matches, which he played in as if his life depended on it.
And he couldn't be deterred by anything as inconvenient as the lack of actual footballs in the House... he simply made them himself.

But now it seems the final whistle has blown for Tommy... you have voted him out.

Celebrity Big Brother producers were pleased with Ulrika Jonsson's shock victory on Friday night, a report claims.
The TV host triumped over Terry Christian in the final vote, while long-time bookies' favourite Verne Troyer finished in fourth position.
As the result was announced by host Davina McCall, Jonsson exclaimed: "Oh my God, that's just bonkers! It's a fix."
A show insider told The People: "It is good to get a shock every so often. The last series of Big Brother was incredibly predictable, as it was the previous summer. It's quite nice when you end up with a result which takes some people unawares."
The source added: "The bookies definitely got it wrong this time but maybe they were too hasty in going all out for Verne. After all, Ulrika survived the public vote again and again so there was always a core of support there for her."

Sorry Thistle BB Celeb will be back...lol
