two of the worst imo

two of the worst meals i have had in recent months have been at crabby jacks and the wicked wolf.

oooo i'll second crabby jacks...haven't been back in a while but the last time i ate there i vowed not to go back....

It seems that both these places in a despertate bid to appeal to the 'everyman' have sacrificed good cooking and anything resembling an cosy atmosphere.

La Perla strike a far better balance although the food is rather unspectacular but decent enough.

It's a bit of a phallacy that Guernsey is rammed full of great restaurants, I really wouldnt say so.

Never been to Crabbys,but I hear conflicting reports about the wicked wolf. I have always had a good meal there,and the last time Jan and I went I was so full I missed breakfast the next day!!

It was the beer that was rubbish in there,tetleys keg......yeeeuukk!! And all the rest was gassy lager that was rank,so guiness it was,best of a bad bunch.

Very decent beer over here,by the way.

The wicked wolf is rubbish - the last time I went there the meal was awful and so was my friends - would not eat there again.  Yuk and the customer service was poor as well.
