Skin cancer rates in the Channel Islands are much higher than in the UK.

This Sunday doctors at Guernsey's Princess Elizabeth Hospital will show people how to check their own skin.

Have always slavered high factor lotion on the kids as they grew up ....... but usually neglected myself!! Doh.............

Always use sun lotion when away in the sun but often don't bother when here!! Stupid, I know!
