Have always slavered high factor lotion on the kids as they grew up ....... but usually neglected myself!! Doh.............
Always use sun lotion when away in the sun but often don't bother when here!! Stupid, I know!

Skin cancer has become a Very big problem Downunder, a "plus 30" sunscreen is considered not enough protection...
