New branding for Dairy
From Wednesday things are going to look a little bit different on breakfast tables in Guernsey.
The Dairy has rebranded all of its products in an effort to elevate its profile and increase sales.
But the company's assuring customers their good old Guernsey milk will be tasting exactly the same.
Will it sell more product?
Somehow I do not think so...

I like the new look!! :)
Glad they have not changed the colour code for the type of milk ....
doesn't take much to confuse me ....

Hmmmm...... and the cost was how much exactly? Can we (as taxpayers) afford this in the middle of an economic downturn? I think NOT!!

Saw some milk cartons this morning... not stunning...in fact, if it was put with other product on the shelf it wouldn't make me think, "Pick up and buy me"...
Re: New branding for Dairy
Not exactly what i was expecting but looks OK, I am not sure that it will make any difference to the sales, if you need milk you buy it and its not like theres a choice of whos you buy. possibly the other Dairy products may benefit from a facelift.

A waste of money and a bad colour scheme, wait till the weather is baking when you get up in the summer, when this is on the back of a van with the early morning sun catching the black on the cartons for hours before it gets to you then heating up on your doorstep some more.

Trouble is those cartons at the back are damn difficult to lift and almost impossible to push into the fridge!!!!

Re: New branding for Dairy
I was wondering today if they brought in all the new packaging on the same day, how much of the old packaging just got dumped?
In these days of trying to save money they should have phased it in
I dont think it was a promotion that needed a launch at all i am sure no extra milk has been sold but probably thousands of pounds of packaging wasted.

Re: New branding for Dairy
IMO it's a bit like taking coals to Newcastle - only a bit more expensive I would think!!!! they have a captive audience who either drink milk or don't drink milk - and I haven't seen any competition to the Guersney Dairy in the shops :x
