Massive Shoe Sale at St Martin's Country Hotel

We have been given over 2,000 brand new pairs of shoes and every penny we make from this sale will go towards finishing off a house in Sri Lanka for a young girl who is disabled with Downs Syndrome. We have Mens, Ladies and Children's shoes trainers/summer shoes/school shoes/walking boots Everything must go we don't want to take anything back to our store. Shoes will be priced £7 and under. Most shoes will be priced at £2 and £1 Some of the walking boots were priced originally at £54, but will go for £7. Designer trainers will go for £5 or less Come and see what we have don't leave it too late you might miss a bargain.

Would it not be better to ask more realistic prices and make more money for the cause ?

If they priced them at half price most would not sell, if they want to sell them they will need to sell them cheap, its just the way things are now. 2000 pairs of shoes in 6 hours is a lot to sell, over 8 pairs every minute

I went to this today and it was fantastic - I got some fab shoes - did anybody else go?

yep i went too DC unfortunately didnt find anything to fit my huge feet.

At least with the great big tootsies you will not fall over as you get a good grip on the land.
Perhaps you were a haggis hunter in a previous incarnation and needed the big feet to cling to the hill sides whilst stalking them. :coco: :coco:
