Jersey is facing a massive housing problem.
Assistant Housing Minister, Deputy Sean Power says once the credit crunch eases and mortgages become available Jersey won't have enough homes to cope with demand.
Deputy Power's attending a British Irish Council conference on affordable housing. But he says if Jersey doesn't tackle the issue soon, they could face a housing crisis. (from CITV)
