Property with land required. Preferably in the country parishes. Don't mind if it requires upgrading / renovation as long as it has land attached - i.e field(s) or is on a large footprint of land and could be sectioned off accordingly.

Required to create an equestrian family home. I know I am competing with the building trade looking for such a property but if you don't ask, you don't get eh?

Depends entirely on what it is and where it is TG. Would like to find something for £600,000 or below really, but if the property was right, then that ceiling price could potentially be raised.

theres a plot in the vale, a bit pricey for what it is but has permission for a large family home with stables.
