There are many many benifits from taking bicarbonate of soda ,but do try to get from a health food shop if interested ,that way it shouldn't contain aluminum .
I replaced tooth paste with bicarbonate of soda many years ago after I Found out about fluoride ...
and this is one of my daily regimes I take tiny amount on a spoon. with water .

Zaina - I was born at the end of WWII and all we had to clean our teeth with was Bircarbonate of Soda or common salt - I still have my teeth at 67 years of age so guess, as my gran used to say (often) there is nothing new under the sun.....

Hello karma ,brilliant ,also there is Dr's now using bicarbonate of soda to treat cancer and having wonderful results
luckily fluoride in not in the water in guernsey
the point in posting this is for 2 reasons one being the ph level of the body rises to a level illness cant survive .and two somebody may benifit from this post ,not everyone was born just after the war
ps it works well for raised sugar levels
