Losing out on National Lottery
It could be years before the National Lottery comes to the Channel Islands, if at all.
Despite an increase in sales of local lottery tickets, Jersey's Assistant Economic Development Minister, Constable Len Norman says red tape at Westminster is holding up approval.

We cannot purchase a ticket on-line as we are 'blocked' and if you buy one when visiting or passing through the UK, as you are not normally resident there (domiciled is the word used I think) then you are excluded from claiming the prize should you win!!
Is this fair? Surely this infringes our Human Rights?
