Lyndon Trott
Chief Minister will reinforce the key messages of ensuring management and leadership remain high on organisations' agendas to safeguard a sustainable competitive advantage in this increasingly difficult environment.

Frances Edmonds
Frances Edmonds is a best selling author, broadcaster and a humorous and motivational cross cultural communicator. Enthusiastic, often controversial and always thought provoking, she consistently receives top ratings for her presentations. A gifted, multilingual communicator, she also uses her linguistic, creative and broadcasting skills to deliver relevant, inspirational and, above all, realistic strategies for personal and professional fulfilment.

Damian Hughes
Damian Hughes, a former England schoolboy footballer and Manchester United football coach, is one of Unilever’s youngest ever Human Resource Directors. He led a turn around in performance at the UK’s oldest manufacturing site in Port Sunlight before carrying out similar work in Africa and the USA. Hughes now coaches both leaders and individuals.


Jessica Roland
Advocate Jessica Roland, a highly respected Partner at Ozannes will provide practical guidance on the current trends and pitfalls that operating managers tend to make, often finding themselves in an employment tribunal. This session will benefit all that have people management responsibility.

Ruth Badger
Ruth Badger, Lord Alan Sugar’s Apprentice runner up, will deliver an insightful, engaging workshop around effective management and leadership including her infamous three Ws approach, self discipline and effectiveness that will provide you with your own competitive advantage. The second and final part to Ruth Badger’s workshop will include the changing role of communication, attitude and finally, performance management. She will also be taking questions from the floor.
