New date for Miss Alderney competition

The Miss Alderney contest has been brought forward to Easter Saturday - that's the 23rd of April.
The organisers believe the new date will encourage more contestants to enter as students are likely to be back in the island for the Easter break.
Entry forms will be available online from mid-February on the Alderney Week website.
The contest will have a different format this year - but details have yet to be announced.
Last year the title went to 18 year old A-level student Jo Woodnutt. (from CTV)
